Do I need an appointment?

We like to give each of our brides our undivided attention, which means appointments are always preferred. If you’re more of a spontaneous kind of bride and come in without an appointment, we will do our best to find an available time for you that day, or make an appointment for you to come back at another date.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Your initial appointment will be scheduled for between 45 minutes and an hour and is at no cost. We also offer a second appointment for up to 45 minutes at no cost.
We also offer appointments that schedule about 2 hours, there is a 50 € consultation fee which is payable at the time of booking. 50 € consultation fee will be credit, if you order a wedding dress.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, or reschedule your appointment with 72 hours of it’s date, or you don’t purchase a dress at this appointment, your consultation fee is non-refundable.

How many days in advance do I need to make an appointment?

Please try to make an appointment as early as you can. Please notice that from the day we get to know each other till the day your dress is tailored it takes three month. We recommend to start six to nine month before your wedding.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

If you need to cancel an appointment after confirming via text & with less than 48 hours notice, this will be counted as an appointment with us. Should you wish to make another fitting time, you may be required to pay a consultation fee as per our appointment fee structure policy.

CAN I BRING FAMILY & FRIENDS TO THE APPOINTMENT?

Absolutely, however as we’re a boutique store we can only accommodate groups of up to 4 people including the bride. Please contact us if your party is any bigger than this and we will do our best to assist you. We do recommend limiting the number of people you bring with you to your most trusted nearest and dearest as too many opinions can be confusing!

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?

Our dresses start at around 1000 € and go up to 2500 €, though the majority of our collection sits in range of 1500 €.

Can we bring our own bottle of wine or champaign?

To make sure that our dresses get not damaged we do not allow you to bring your own bottles. But we like to offer you a glas of our sparkling wine to clink glasses to your new dress!

How does the payment work?

If you decide to buy a Felicita-Dress you have to pay 50 % from the price in advance. When you pick up your dress you pay the rest. You can pay via bank transfer or electronic cash.

WHEN DO YOU SUGGEST I ORDER MY WEDDING DRESS?

Whenever possible, we suggest ordering your wedding gown at least 6 months before your wedding date. Don’t worry if your wedding date is sooner than this. We offer also a Rush Service, however rush fees do apply.

What should I bring to my appointment?

First of all high spirits and enough time! In addition please bring bright underwear, if possible skin-colored. A strapless bra or shape wear would be nice. If you like to pin up your hair please bring a hair ribbon or a hair clip. We also kindly ask you not to use to much Make-Up to protect our dresses.

Can I order my dress in Berlin and than do the fitting in a different store?

We are sorry – no you cannot. All other stores are independant partners and do not support modifications so neither do we.

How many fittings do I need?

In most cases two. During a Speed-Fitting we do modifications within one day.
